At Essence of Yoga Studio, we offer more than a physical practice. Our classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and subtle energy awareness to support the whole person — body, mind, and nervous system.

For nearly 20 years, Essence of Yoga Studio has been a trusted space for yoga on Long Island, supporting students from Holbrook and surrounding communities in cultivating balance, awareness, and well-being.
